Graphic Design Process

Gathering Information:

We gather as much information about your project and your expectations from your submitted project brief form or over the phone or in a meeting. We will need the text and images (if available) in order to get started with your project. Please note that the images will need to be in high resolution (300 dpi) for printing.

Project quotation:

If you are not ordering one of our graphic design packages, then on submitting our online free quotation request form you will receive a quotation outlining all the activities to be performed, timing and costs.

If the quotation meets your expectations, then full payment is required to commence the design work.

The first concepts are developed and emailed to you in PDF format or other appropriate format between two (2) to four (4) working days after your payment is received.

Feedback and revisions:

You can provide us with your feedback on the first concepts by email, by phone, in a meeting. If the changes required are minimum we will send you a second presentation with the new concept.

Concept approval:

You will receive the first design concept in PDF format or other appropriate format for final design approval.

Files delivery:

Once your approval is received, we will email you for free or send you a CD including your files ready for commercial printing at a cost of GBP 12.50 for UK or (USD 32.14 or EUR 23.28 for International delivery). Alternatively if you have paid for printing service we will organise the printing service and delivery of your graphic design print job to your address.

Final stage:

With all of the elements combined into a completed design, your graphic is ready to be rendered for use on your website or in print. Any final payment is due once all the documentation has been delivered to you.

The average time for the project to be finalized is between three (3) to seven (7) working days for the design and 5 working days for printing depending on the number of revisions and volume required.
